Artemisia annua Extract, derived from the flowering plant Artemisia annua, also known as Sweet Wormwood, is a powerful herbal extract with a rich history of medicinal use.



 Artemisia annua Extract is obtained through extraction and processing of the leaves and flowers of the Artemisia annua plant, which is native to Asia. It contains a compound called Artemisinin, which is responsible for its pharmacological effects.

Artemisia is Compositae, annual herbs. The plant has an aroma. Taproot simple, vertical stem solitary, up to 150 cm tall, upper much-branched, lower slightly woody, leaf blade green or light green, glabrous on both surfaces; Lobes oblong, base cuneate, petiole base with small semimictate false stipules;

Inflorescence hemispheric or subhemispheric, base linear-bracteoles, outer involucre narrow, long ovate or ovate-lanceolate, abaxially green, glabrous, inflorescence receptacle globose;

Flowers pale yellow; Corolla narrowly tubular, style projecting outside corolla tube, achenes oblong to elliptic. Flowering and fruiting from June to September
