White tea extract The product extracted from white tea is rich in tea polyphenols, flavonoids and other substances. As an antioxidant, tea polyphenols can be used in meat processing, oil storage, baking food, dairy products and beverage preparation. As a preservative, it can slow down the biochemical activity of fruits and vegetables after picking and delay the post-ripening period. It can prevent natural pigments (such as carotene, leaf Chemicalbook green, vitamin B2 and carmine, etc.) from fading due to photooxidation. White tea also contains the highest concentration of catechins. These plant metabolites support skin's immune function, guard against free radical damage and protect from sun damage.
