Gallnut, Rhus chinensis Mill for the sumac family plant. Var. sinica(Diels) Rehd. Et Wils. Galls on leaves produced chiefly by the parasitic insect aphid Melaphis chinensis(Bell)Baker. Distributed in Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi.The chemical composition of Chinese nutgall includes tannin (also known as tannin and tannin), gallic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, lauric acid, etc. In addition, it also contains trace elements such as copper, zinc, iron, calcium and so on,It can be used in nutritional supplements, food additives, cosmetic additives and other industries.
